The BI Analyst will be responsible for identifying and reviewing new business opportunities, researching client markets, competitors, assessing RFIs, RFPs, contracts, budgets and trends to assist the Business Development organization in making sound business decisions. This role works directly for the Business Intelligence Group Manager and in close collaboration with executive management and Capture Managers. The BI analyst will maintain the accuracy of the pipeline and provide real-time reporting and forecasting to senior leadership.

You'll be taking the lead on research and analysis throughout the capture process, determining viable business opportunities, including examining client budgets and workforce needs. With your sharp analytical abilities and familiarity with CRM tools, you will play an essential part in maintaining our robust pipeline. A pivotal element of this role involves working across various organizations to cultivate vital partnerships in our capture efforts. Additionally, you will contribute to proposal management and industry trend analysis, shaping our approach to long-term planning.
