About the Role

The People Engagement Intern will play a vital role in supporting the People Engagement team in the Philippines. The intern will be responsible for planning and executing company engagement activities, coordinating training and well-being sessions, and developing company-wide communications.

• Plan and execute company engagement activities such as team-building events, social gatherings, and recognition programs.
• Coordinate training and well-being sessions for employees such as onboarding sessions, skill development workshops, and wellness programs.
• Develop company-wide communications such as newsletters, announcements, and employee surveys.
• Assist with other projects and initiatives as assigned by the People team.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with presentation and design software (Google Slides, Canva, etc).
• Experience in planning and executing events.
• Experience in writing and editing org communications.
• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Human Resources, Behavioral Science, Organizational Communication, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
• Leadership experience in school organizations a nice to have
• Previous corporate internship experience is a plus
