Talent Acquisition Manager (Remote)

Who We Are Looking For…… We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team and play an integral role in the growth of our firm. This individual will partner with our internal hiring managers to recruit top talent for our corporate roles, with a heavy emphasis on recruiting to build out our sales team.


Responsibilities…… We are looking for an individual that can build successful channels for attracting, assessing, and selecting the highest quality candidates in an efficient manner. You will manage the daily communication, candidate flow, interview schedule, offers, and pre-employment communication with prospective candidates. It is critical to source and engage with passive candidates through cold calls, emails, direct messages etc. 


Qualifications & Fit…… 3-4 years of experience within recruitment, including successful networking, sourcing, identifying, evaluating, and hiring talent, preferably at a SaaS company or startup. You understand applicant tracking systems and moving candidates through the process quickly. You’re a great communicator that can prioritize and stay organized with multiple projects. Finally, you are a self-motivated individual with an aptitude for developing business relationships.
