We’re seeking a Direct Response Graphic Designer to create compelling, conversion-focused graphics that drive leads and sales. You’ll work closely with our sales and marketing teams to design ad assets that capture attention and support campaign objectives. This is a remote position, but you must be available during regular business hours (8:55AM - 6PM EST, United States).
Design static and dynamic ad graphics for Facebook, Instagram, display ads, YouTube thumbnails, and other digital platforms.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure designs support campaign goals and brand messaging.
Create visually impactful direct-response graphics focused on lead generation and driving sales.
Transform quotes, statements, and social media posts into engaging graphical assets.
Track and analyze the performance of graphics to identify top-performing styles and emerging design trends.
Continuously refine designs based on performance data and feedback to maximize engagement.
You have 4+ years of experience as a graphic designer, ideally with a focus on direct-response and advertising.
You are skilled at creating graphics that drive specific business outcomes (e.g., lead generation, sales).
You have a strong eye for design and attention to detail, ensuring that all assets are polished and on-brand.
You’re comfortable working quickly and independently to produce high-quality designs on tight deadlines.
You’re highly proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma.
You work well in cross-functional teams, collaborating effectively with sales, marketing, and other stakeholders.
You welcome constructive feedback and use it to optimize your designs for better performance.
You stay up-to-date on design trends and are skilled at adapting them to direct-response graphics.
