Provides administrative and communications support for all talent management programs and organization development efforts to drive employee engagement and performance.

This position will develop partnerships with appropriate internal resources to communicate and market these programs, and ensures they offer a high quality learning experience.
The Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia is one of the 12 regional Reserve Banks that, together with the Board of Governors in Washington, D.C., make up the Federal Reserve System. It helps formulate and implement monetary policy, supervises banks and bank and savings and loan holding companies, and provides financial services to depository institutions and the federal government. The Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia serves eastern and central Pennsylvania, southern New Jersey, and Delaware.
Job Summary:
In collaboration with TM colleagues, this experienced professional will contribute to the overall strategic development, implementation, and evaluation of all Talent Management and Organizational Development (TMOD) initiatives. Provides administrative and communications support for all talent management programs and organization development efforts to drive employee engagement and performance.
What You Will Do:
This position will develop partnerships with appropriate internal resources to communicate and market these programs, and ensures they offer a high quality learning experience.
  • Manages small scale projects, and when needed, external consultants, to provide programs and services to achieve TMOD strategies.
  • Assists in the administering and facilitating of the New Employee Orientation and other onboarding training TMOD is accountable to complete.
  • Administers the Dale Carnegie program.
  • Partners with TMOD staff and other key stakeholders to support the annual intern cohort as needed.
  • Provides educational counseling to employees to support the Bank’s Education Benefit policy.
  • Works with bank management to evaluate the business impact of TMOD programs.
  • Keeps abreast of TMOD developments to ensure unit web pages are revised timely and accurately.
  • Coordinates and/or creates the communications for TMOD programs, as needed.
  • Track unit metrics and generate reports for department management as needed.
  • Supports the annual objectives of the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, on an as needed basis.
  • Continuously learns all necessary technology supporting TMOD programs.
  • Makes all preparations for smooth and seamless live virtual events.
  • Acts as virtual platform technical producer during the live facilitation of TMOD programs.
  • Collaborates with all relevant stakeholders to research the effective design and delivery any emerging TMOD content.
  • Provides support in the accomplishment of departmental and department-wide quality initiatives.
  • Fulfills job duties and responsibilities in conformance with sound safety practices.
  • All other duties as assigned.

What You Have:
Education and Experience:
  • Minimum of five years of relevant work experience organizing work, enhancing processes, and coordination is required.
  • Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent relative work experience.
  • Proven experience in area of talent management or organizational development is preferred.
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Proven verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with MS Office tools.
  • Excellent oral presentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational, problem solving, planning, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to handle simultaneous projects in a competent, timely manner under minimum supervision.
  • Ability to interact effectively with Bank and FRS employees at all levels and vendors.
