Job Title: HR Talent Marketing Specialist Intern

Location: 100% remote

Hours: 8 hour shift - 8am - 5pm, 7am-3pm M-F, flexible hrs prefers EST time zone worker

Pay: $22-$25/hr or more, based on experience

Able to work a 40 hour work week starting in June, ending in August.

Talent Marketing Intern

The recruiting team at MilliporeSigma is dedicated to finding passionate individuals motivated to live our mission to help build, improve, and prolong human life.

Your role: A true talent identifier with experience understanding key skillsets to best match needed internal profiles. Collaborate with Strategic Sourcing and Talent Advisors to proactively build talent pools in order to meet future hiring needs.

Who you are: A strategic “hunter” of talent communities that meet the business needs for growth and development while understanding the workforce planning objectives. Assist and gather market intelligence in key functions with a focus on strategic planning to source, identify, and build talent pools. In this remote based role, you will:

• Deliver high quality professional and executive level candidates by applying strategic sourcing methodologies, business intelligence, utilizing professional organizations, social media, branding initiatives, and technology tools.
• Have a clear understanding of the competitive landscape and the ability to map out the market in attracting talent.
• Tactically research top talent and stay updated on current Business news.
• Build Talent Communities and qualify leads within the customer relationship management system.
• Research analytics behind candidate outreach campaigns measuring effectiveness.
• Use social media to attract and engage passive candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally in Human Resources, Business, Business Admin, Communications, Psychology, or similar.
• Interest in Recruitment/Talent Marketing, and market research within Science and Technology industries.
• Willingness and curiosity to learn.
• Excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate client needs into tangible candidate skillsets.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Talent Recruitment Marketing experience is preferred with Employer Branding.
• A versatile personality with excellent social skills, able to handle a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment with confidence and a clear vision.
