Talent Operations Specialist (Contract)

Company Overview:

Relativity is the first and only company to automate aerospace manufacturing by integrating intelligent robotics, software, and proprietary metal 3D printing technology. Disrupting 60 years of aerospace, Relativity offers a radically simplified supply chain, building a rocket with 100x fewer parts in less than 60 days. Our long-term goal is to upgrade humanity's industrial base on Earth and on Mars.

Team:

Our People team is responsible for supporting Relativity's best-in-class team, as well as strategically managing our hiring pipelines to help us find the very best talent to join our company. On this team, you are given the opportunity to work across many teams and projects, while also helping to set the tone for Relativity's company values and culture. The Talent Operations Specialist is a critical member of the People and Talent Acquisition Team. In this role, you will manage and prioritize the candidate experience from start to finish. You will support a team of recruiters with complex interviewing scheduling, candidate travel coordination, onsite visits and zoom interviews. Your work will be high impact, fast paced, collaborative and will contribute to maintaining and expanding Relativity's reputation as an excellent place to interview.

What you'll do:

Your day-to-day mission is to partner closely with the University Recruiting Team to accomplish the following:

  • Candidate Interviews are scheduled in a timely manner—this includes phone, video, and on-site interviews (+ site visits)
  • Candidates have a great experience—from your welcoming emails to following up with key hiring team members to ensure they move through the process seamlessly
  • Support with university team projects and initiatives as needed
  • Coordinate all candidate travel (flight, hotel, car service, etc.) and expense reimbursement as needed
  • Implement organizational excellence through improving Talent Acquisition processes and projects as it relates to university recruiting

What you need to know:

To be successful in this role, you are someone who has 1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR Coordination, or a related fast-paced environment (preferably a corporate environment). You are passionate for creating an amazing candidate experience from beginning to end, and excel at establishing repeatable processes, transparent communication, and have an eye for detail.

You are someone who welcomes and thrives in ambiguity—as we grow as a company, you have the courage to tackle new problems with creative and efficient solutions. You are also someone who is comfortable interacting professionally with all levels of candidates and internal clients. You will be working with sensitive data—you should have a high level of discretion and confidentiality. Lastly, you are eternally curious, self-directed, and are a detail-oriented problem solver, willing to support special projects as needed.

Nice to have but not required:

  • 1+ years of experience in talent operations, HR coordination, or a related administrative role in a fast-paced corporate environment
