As a Talent Partner you will be responsible for hiring across Ensono Digital’s competencies (Frontend, Java, Data, .NET, DevOps, QA, Delivery and Business Strategy) and managing end to end hiring processes from direct sourcing through to offer, ensuring efficiency and quality communication at all stages.
As well as scouring the market for the best talent using both traditional and non-conventional tools, you'll be championing candidate experience and being a passionate Ensono Digital brand ambassador.
You will be partnering with the Talent Lead to support them through their hiring initiatives including talent mapping, salary benchmarking and weekly reports. Effective stakeholder management will be crucial; partnering with hiring managers across competencies to ensure smooth and positive experiences happen across the board.
Working with our People Teamwork you will be implementing any suggested improvements, using data to identify bottlenecks and proactively make hiring processes better.
