We’re looking for a Talent Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team and support sourcing across the business as well as our intern program. This role will be based out of the Austin HQ office.


Responsibilities
  • Sourcing across all functions:
  • Work closely with Recruiters on strategic sourcing projects for roles across the business.
  • Source candidates using job boards, social media or other networks.
  • Interact with actively seeking passive candidates with a focus on engaging, and nurturing relationships with diverse top talent.
  • Build talent pipelines for pre-qualified candidates through relationship building and complex internet searches.
  • Conduct preliminary phone screens to understand a candidate’s qualifications and identify relevant client information.
  • Schedule candidate interviews and act as a median between candidates and the hiring team.
  • Input candidate data into applicant tracking system (ATS).

  • Intern & Co-op Program Coordination:
  • Support leadership team in all aspects of internship and co-op program management including planning, data gathering, communication, interviewing and follow-up associated with program activities.
  • Collaborate with leadership and office manager to provide on-site implementation of activities for interns in the Austin office.
  • Coordinate logistics for intern orientation, social activities and learning and development opportunities.
  • Attend university job fairs and host sessions when needed to build brand recognition and drive intern and candidate interest.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and Marketing team members to assist with branding related items for university programs.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Planview both internally and externally.
  • Deliver a consistently positive candidate experience.


Qualifications
  • 2+ years of relevant recruiting experience. Agency experience or in-house sourcing experience is preferred.
  • A positive, make-it-happen spirit, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
  • A track record of building strong relationships with hiring managers and interviewers.
  • Passion for creating delightful and memorable candidate experiences at every touch point.
  • Great interpersonal written/verbal communications skills.
  • Accustomed to multitasking and meeting multiple, tight deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and directed. While the ability to collaborate is necessary; taking initiative without a lot of direction is critical.
