  1. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company and legal standards.
  2. Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related inquiries, issues, and concerns.
  3. Manage employee relations by effectively handling and resolving conflicts, complaints, and other workplace issues.
  4. Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  5. Collaborate with department managers to identify and address staffing needs and challenges.
  6. Conduct recruitment and selection processes to attract and retain top talent.
  7. Administer and update employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
  8. Assist in performance management processes and provide coaching and feedback to employees.
  9. Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
  10. Stay updated on HR best practices and legal requirements to ensure compliance and recommend improvements.
  11. Facilitate diversity and inclusion initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  12. Provide support in employee engagement and recognition programs.
  13. Serve as a liaison between employees and management to foster open communication and trust.
  14. Keep abreast of industry trends and developments in HR and make recommendations for improvement.
  15. Maintain a positive and professional relationship with all employees and represent the company's values and culture.
