With a focus on providing exceptional customer service and delivering a seamless shopping experience, we are seeking a candidate who is dedicated, knowledgeable, and customer-oriented.   1. Lead and manage a team of specialty sales associates to achieve and exceed sales targets in a specific product category.
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and increase market share in the designated product category.
  3. Coach and mentor team members to improve their selling skills, product knowledge, and customer service abilities.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  5. Collaborate with other department leaders to ensure seamless operations and a unified customer experience.
  6. Train and onboard new team members, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary product knowledge and sales techniques.
  7. Create a positive and engaging work environment that fosters teamwork, motivation, and accountability.
  8. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategy and product assortment.
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  11. Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  12. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay informed on new and upcoming products in the designated category.
  13. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute promotional events and product launches.
  14. Manage inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to meet customer demand.
  15. Continuously seek ways to improve sales processes and procedures to drive efficiency and productivity.
