What can you expect in a Director of Client Service role with TaskUs:

As the Director of Client Service , you will play a pivotal role in assisting in the growth, change and innovation of our business in the hospitality sector. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing client relationships, ensuring service excellence, and driving strategic initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth.

Your role was designed to scale our clients' domestic and international operations, build relationships, and identify potential opportunities for business.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as the Director of Client Services with Sales Expertise. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading our client services team, fostering strong client relationships, and driving sales initiatives to achieve business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the hospitality sector.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring satisfaction with our services.

2.Strategic Planning:

  • Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement strategic plans aligned with client objectives and company goals.

  • Identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement within the hospitality sector.

3.Operational Excellence:

  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality services by managing and optimizing operational processes.

  • Implement best practices to ensure efficiency, productivity, and adherence to service level agreements.

4.Team Leadership:

  • Lead a team of client services professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.

  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members.

5.Financial Management:

  • Monitor and manage financial aspects of client accounts, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.

  • Work closely with finance teams to ensure accurate invoicing and timely payment collection.

6.Communication and Reporting:

  • Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and gather feedback.

  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports on key performance indicators and client satisfaction metrics.

7.Innovation and Technology:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to recommend and implement innovative solutions.

  • Drive the adoption of new technologies that enhance service delivery and efficiency.

Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a senior client services role within the BPO industry, with a focus on the hospitality sector.
  • Strong understanding of hospitality operations and customer service best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results and achieve business objectives.
  • Financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Experience with process improvement and project management, intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel, Zendesk, Salesforce CRM, Salesforce ServiceCloud, and Quantitative Modelling.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.


Work Location / Travel:
  • Position is remote
  • Travel: up to 50%
