French Speaking Support & Trade Desk Specialist
tastytrade is seeking a French Support & Trade Desk Specialist to provide effective client service and trade desk support for clients in Canada. Fluent French language skills and financial industry experience are required.

Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and efficient trade desk, general support, and technical support via chat, email, and phone
- Assist clients with complex option order execution
- Translate and manage help center articles on the website
- Collaborate with teammates to address time-sensitive issues
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or related work experience
