Video Content Strategist

As a Video Content Strategist, you will be a part of a content marketing team promoting retail trading and brokerage services. Your role involves ideating, producing, and optimizing video content to effectively engage our target audience.

We are seeking a candidate with expertise in formulating engaging titles, collaborating with designers to develop enticing thumbnails, interpreting viewer analytics, and executing strategies for video retention and optimization. A proven enthusiasm for crafting content related to finance, mathematics, science, or technology is highly desirable.

What you’ll do:

• Generate ideas, script, and editing engaging video content
• Prepare creative briefs for titles and thumbnails for a substantial weekly video output
• Performance reporting
• Collaborate with the Head of Content to pioneer tastylive’s expansion into content appealing to a self-directed investor demographic with the primary goal of expanding audience reach and increasing user engagement

Who you are:

• Demonstrates an extensive skill set in YouTube; connecting content strategy with video production
• Mastery of Adobe Premiere, combined with practical skills in using DSLRs and mirrorless cameras
• Prior experience in remote content production with Riverside, FM, Adobe After Effects, and Photoshop is a plus
• A deep understanding of optimizing content and implementing growth strategies on YouTube
