What You’ll Do:

● Set appointments for our acquisitions team – Your job is to keep their calendars full with high-quality prospects.
● Track and update lead information – Maintain detailed records in our CRM to ensure seamless follow-up.
● Meet and exceed quotas – Consistently generate a pipeline of $100K+ in potential deals monthly.
What We’re Looking For:
● Bilingual (English & Spanish) required – Miami’s market demands fluency in both languages.
● One or more years of sales or appointment-setting experience – Phone sales, telemarketing, or call center experience preferred.
● Coachable and competitive mindset – We provide training, but you must bring the hustle.
● Strong communication skills – Ability to build rapport quickly and confidently handle objections.
● Resilient and hungry – This role requires persistence, energy, and the drive to succeed.
● Ability to thrive in a high-volume environment – You’ll be making a high number of calls daily.
Compensation & Growth Potential:
● Base Pay: $2,500 per month
● Commission: 2% of closed deals, with expected earnings of $50K-$60K per year
