Team Leader - Packing Team

Freddie's Flowers have an exciting opportunity for an Team Leader to join our Fresh Flowers Packing Team at our Heston (Hounslow) Warehouse. As a Team Leader you will be supporting the Shift Supervisors by motivating the team to achieve daily packing targets.

We want to challenge the view that flowers are for others or for special occasions, and so we offer a completely different experience to other flower businesses. We are at such an exciting time in our business - in the last year we launched internationally & doubled our customer base!

What you'll be doing as a Team Leader

• Leading a small team
• Ensuring all products packed have the correct bill of materials
• Providing cover across shifts when necessary
• Ensure customer orders are completed on time daily
• Arrange staff accordingly & plan ahead for future orders
