MGR Accounting Recruiters, a Teamshares Network company, is searching for a temporary Bookkeeper for a client in San Antonio in the construction industry


Our client, a construction related company is seeking a skilled Bookkeeper/Payroll Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling the company's financial records, managing payroll, and leading invoicing.


Sage 100 experience is a must.


Duties:
  • Perform bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable duties
  • Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations
  • Conduct bank reconciliations and assist with budgeting processes
  • Day to day general office management and coordination


Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years recent related Bookkeeping experience
  • Proficiency in Sage 100 is a must
