Description:
The Training Coordinator’s responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Manage calendar for Director of Training.
• Provide document assistance (creation, printing, collating, proofreading).
• Maintain conference room schedules.
• Facility requests and management.
• Visitor system authorization.
• Create PowerPoint presentations including biweekly Management reports.
• Create and maintain Org Charts.
• Record Retention lead.
• Manage vacation schedule reporting.
• Order and maintain office supplies.
• Maintain contract employee database and internal processes.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• High energy level.
• Strong interest in automotive industry.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $35.02 per hour
