TechTarget is seeking well-qualified candidates for the position of Technical Writer, Product Integrations & Workflows as part of its growing Product Marketing team. The Technical Writer will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation outlining best practices for using TechTarget product outputs in conjunction with commonly used third-party B2B software and applications. The ideal candidate will have experience in technical writing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Write and maintain technical documentation designed to educate our customers on how to use TechTarget products and data outputs in conjunction with B2B MarTech systems including:
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems including Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics and Hubspot

  • Marketing Automation Platforms including Marketo, Eloqua and Pardot

  • ABM platforms including 6sense, Rollworks and Demandbase

  • Databases and Customer Data Platforms (CDPs)
• Work with TechTarget product managers, developers, customer success and other stakeholders to gather information needed for documentation.
• Create user guides, online help and other technical documentation.
• Create and repurpose content in multiple media formats including: technical specs and step-by-step guidance, PowerPoint slides, website copy, videos.
• Create email copy and other material for sales support.
• Conduct online research and interviews with technical experts both internally at TechTarget and externally with solution partners.
• Adapt instructions and guidance from subject-matter-experts against TechTarget’s product offerings.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Technical Writing, or related field.
• Experience with commonly used MarTech/SalesTech systems, activities, and workflows.
• 3+ years of experience in technical writing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous experience working in the B2B technology market a plus.
