What you'll need
Mandatory Requirements
Valid PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
Valid PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner certification
Post secondary degree in business administration, finance or public administration
Valid Scrum Master certification
Experience
10 years’ experience conducting research, analysis, costing, forecasting and modeling to support management decision-making, and performing business analysis including trend analysis, forecasting and compensation models
5 years’ experience with complex business policy and program analyses requiring strong analytical and problem-solving skills and proficiency in data analysis, costing, forecasting and modelling
5 years’ experience directly leading analysts or business consultants in large-scale business transformation programs composed of multiple concurrent projects
5 years’ experience implementing change in a healthcare environment. Experience should include analysis/assessments of healthcare service delivery activities and assisting the business through change and transformation
3 years’ experience implementing EHR solutions – with a focus on Patient Registration & Clinical Documentation. Experience should include analysis of workflows to align with provincial healthcare standards and assisting with system configuration to support clinical workflows, training, and compliance
