Technology Public M&A - Midlevel

Our Public M&A/Corporate Governance Practice seeks a 3rd – 4th year associate to join the team. Goodwin has nationally recognized Tech, Life Sciences and REIT practices, which provide the opportunity to work on exciting, headline-grabbing M&A transactions. Candidate should have general transactional experience, with a focus on M&A transactions involving public companies as well as experience with securities laws, including disclosure and compliance issues for public companies.

Highly qualified candidates must have outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) required.
