Customer Experience Specialist

Description:TEKsystems is partnering with a local construction company to find a detail-oriented and motivated Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the face of our client to their customer as they move through their projects. This person will be responsible for but not limited to the following responsibilities.● Process important queries and manage customer expectations in a polite and friendly manner● Serving the needs of upscale clientele● Excellent computer skills, including experience using a CRM. Skills with MS Office, Google Calendar, Excel, Word, and Mac.● Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.● Must be dynamic and upbeat on the phone, day in and day out.● Possess time management skills, with the ability to plan your days/week with tasks and calendar.● Must be self-motivated and works well independently.● Maintain positive ongoing relationships.● Maintain high ethical standards and professionalism.● Multitask and prioritize as necessary to meet customer needs.● Represent the company with integrity and dedication.● Enter all scheduled items on the Google calendar to ensure complete accuracy● Receive repair information and help coordinate and or give to the Install Coordinator● Correspond with customers, Answer phone calls and emails from customers● Implement tracking spreadsheets● Work closely with the Install Coordinator and Screen Coordinator, Permitting and HR● Communicate with Installers, helpers, RIM, OPS Manager, Production Managers to enable progress, hit targets, and set installers up for success● Guide customers through the pre installation process, install process and post installation● Initiate introductory, progress and completion texts to all customers● Track all shipment orders along with extra material orders● Ensure all components of the systems have been received and are available for installation● Assist the Inside Sales Center● Attend all Production Meetings● Knowledge of electrical work being performed, building inspections, etc.,● Overall knowledge of jobs in the pipeline, in progress and completion● Sending introductory texts and completion texts to customers● Asking for Google reviews● Monitoring Google reviews and draw monthly customer winners for submittal if applicable● Maintain Job Nimbus Customer Tiles throughout the duration of projects● Communicate with all customers regarding updates for timeline and production, installation etc.,● Detailed knowledge of logistics● Possess detailed knowledge and understanding of systems● Provide clear and consistent communication● Deliver high levels of empathy and trust● Present a wow factor with customer interactions● Enjoy listening and take pride in attending the needs of others● Building rapport with customer through maintaining constant contact via phone, email or text● Social Media Management Instagram specificWe reserve the right to pay above or below the posted wage based on factors unrelated to sex, race, or any other protected classification.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
