Applicants with strong customer service skills, ability to work in a fast paced environment and computer skills are encouraged to apply.Responsibilities:• Answer inquiries via phone and email regarding customer information and services• Provide the customer with a quality overall experience• Provide quality information regarding services available and meeting the customer needs• Build strong relationships with internal and external partners• Utilize decision-making skills to prioritize objectives• Administrative and data entryQualifications:• Strong communication, and organizational skills.• 2-3 years of customer service experience in a fast paced environment• Call Center experience highly preferred• Microsoft office skills• Ability to work rotational Saturdays and some nights
