We offer an exciting opportunity for passionate individuals eager to learn, grow, and make a mark in the financial services sector.Job Title: Financial Service ProfessionalPay: $24/hrSchedule: Monday-Friday 8-hour shift between 7am-5pmStart Date: 2/3/25Location: Tempe, AZKey Responsibilities:• Serve as the first point of contact for advisors and investors, handling 25-30 inbound contacts daily.• Deliver stellar client experiences, embodying our client-centric values.• Resolve issues in real-time, ensuring client satisfaction.• Conduct detailed research and navigate databases to provide accurate solutions.• Collaborate with internal teams for efficient resolutions.• Participate in coaching, career development activities, and community-building events.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.• 0-2+ years in a client-facing, service-oriented role.• High empathy, strong problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.• Proficiency in using computers and customer service software.• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.• Desirable: Experience in or education about the financial services industry.Perks & Benefits:• $52k upon conversion after 4-months, plus a one-time $5k bonus for passing SIE Exam.• Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits, including health care, paid time off, and volunteer time.• Access to onsite gyms, recreational spaces, and mental wellness support.• Continuous learning and career growth opportunities.• Hybrid position with 3 days in office required once space is available.• Must have proper work-from-home setup for remote days.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
