Responsibilities

• Provide personalized customer service and support to luxury clientele through various communication channels.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, ensuring their unique needs are met promptly and effectively.
• Handle inquiries about products, services, and brand offerings, providing detailed and accurate information.
• Stay updated on the latest luxury products, promotions, and industry trends to enhance customer interactions.
• Collaborate with team members and store management to drive sales and enrich the customer experience.
• Address customer feedback and issues with professionalism, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Engage in training sessions to further develop product knowledge and customer service proficiency.

• Fluency in at least one Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish) and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in luxury retail or customer service is preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong focus on enhancing customer experience.
• A keen interest in luxury brands and their offerings.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining productivity.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
