Retail Associate - Contract

Description:• Conduct chocolate tastings, introducing guests to various types of chocolates, origins, and flavor profiles, while highlighting unique characteristics.• Interact with tour participants in a friendly and approachable manner, answering their questions and ensuring they have an enjoyable experience.• Greet customers warmly, listen attentively to their preferences, and provide expert guidance to help them find the perfect chocolates for their needs.• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that shelves are well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.• Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system, handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods.• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and courtesy, striving to resolve any issues promptly.• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of the store, including regular tidying, dusting, and restocking.#prioritywestWe reserve the right to pay above or below the posted wage based on factors unrelated to sex, race, or any other protected classification.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
