Description:Provides support for external Treasury Management Clients and the internal Treasury Management Sales organization. Responds to client requests in a timely fashion and must ensure follow-up is completed within established departmental guidelines. Works to identify the cause of errors and escalates issues as appropriate.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Acts as Subject Matter Expert for Treasury products, services and systems. Provides support on Treasury Products for external clients. Provides support on Treasury products, services and systems for IB sales personnel as needed. Provides Client Training on various Treasury Products as needed.Education and Experience Three years Banking experience or course work required Some college preferred Treasury Cash Management experience strongly encouraged.Qualifications Proven strong service orientation and excellent customer service skills. Previous experience supporting Treasury products, services and systems. Strong organizational skills to include effective time management in all key responsibilities of the job. Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Able to establish positive working relationships. Effective Communication both written and verbal. Must have solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
