We are looking for a Full -Time Interactive Video Teller who has experience with customer-focused/deadline-driven/high-energy environment, and who can provide courteous, friendly and professional assistance to their team, and our membership.
- Our ideal candidate will make anywhere between $19.75 - $20.85 for this role.
- Monday - Friday flexibility between 7:45 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (shift may vary).
- Rotating Saturdays (minimum of two a month) between 7:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. with flex day during the week.
What about the Duties & Responsibilities?
- Responsible for handling a variety of member service functions via Interactive Teller Machines (ITM), including assisting members with requests and basic teller transactions, answering questions about products and services including loan products; recommending products that will benefit the member; resolving issues and concerns, and escalating to ITM Teller Center Manager as necessary.
- Educates and promotes usage of Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) with members. Provides technical support to members while utilizing the video technology.
- Provides professional, accurate, courteous, friendly, and timely service to all members via the Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) in order to identify and understand their financial services’ needs.
- Identifies cross-sell opportunities to enhance relationship building with member and provides enhanced services to members by maintaining expert level of knowledge of Credit Union features and benefits, lending guidelines, products and services.
- Researches and resolves member service inquiries and issues with limited supervision.

Requirements
Education/Certification:
- High school degree or equivalent; some college level coursework preferred.
- Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) registration with Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) required.
Experience:
- One to three years of retail financial institution experience handling teller transactions.
- One year loan origination experience preferred.
- Experience communicating via virtual technology preferred.
Required Knowledge:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows.
- Basic knowledge of software applications.
- Compliance with Federal Bank Secrecy and Money Laundering rules required.
