Position Description
Temporarily assist in many different responsibilities of the day to day in admissions operations and evaluations. These tasks may include Institution data management of records in Slate CRM and Colleague, including tasks such as auditing/correcting school CEEB codes, uploads from counselors' visits, organizations, and test scores received. Also responsible for CRM merge of duplicate records, import of daily prospective student data, updates address records, and placing holds on student accounts for transcripts or test scores not received after matriculation. Works closely with admissions evaluators also providing support calculating admit GPAs of incoming admitted students, entering coursework in our SIS database, and support in data cleanliness. Provides support on other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Demonstrated commitment to diversity and the university's mission, vision and values
One or more years of experience in customer service and detailed data entry - educational environment in the areas of credential evaluation academic advising, transfer evaluation, or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred

Compensation at a Glance:
Salary Range: $20-25/hour
Seattle University has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what the University may pay for the position at the time of posting. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget availability, internal salary equity considerations, and available market information, and not based on a candidate’s gender or any other protected status.
