Unique opportunity starting mid summer-fall for a talented individual to assist in leading administrative operations in residential real estate. This candidate must be organized, committed, and passionate about their work. Looking for someone with a positive attitude, who is excited to be part of a growing team. Responsibilities include:
- Administrative duties, including document management - Marketing (newsletter, flyers, mailers, and other promotional initiatives)
-Client communication
-Manage and organize client database
-Event planning
Qualifications:
- Professional in attitude and appearance
-Great attention to detail
-Self motivated and fast learner - Comfortable meeting deadlines and handling confidential information
-Strong interpersonal skills including, organization, communication and time management, real estate experience is preferred but not required
