InternXperience 2025 | 12-month Rotational Internship at Ten Lifestyle Group

The InternXperience has been designed to expose you to a variety of Ten’s business and service lines. Over the course of the internship, you’ll do departmental rotations so you can gain a real understanding of our concierge business and develop your skills. • Xplore: One month of learning about yourself, others and our business
• Xperience: Three x three-month rotations in various business specialisms focusing in areas like:
• Customer Service Delivery (Travel & Tourism)
• Finance *Tertiary Accounting or Finance major preferred
• Talent Development
• Internal Communication
• Workforce Planning
• Partnerships & Proposition
• Marketing
• Content Writing
• CX
• Xcel: Individual projects, group assignments, and setting you up for job interview success

Does the below sound like you? Then we want to hear from you.

• South African citizen or Permanent/Temporary Resident with the right to live and work in South Africa
• Young talent (18-35 years) eager to contribute
• Cape Town based, or willing to relocate at own expense, as this is a hybrid Internship experience, with the first month being fully in-office *work from home requirements apply for hybrid working
• Able to commute to our offices in Foreshore twice or three times weekly after the first month, either by Public Transport or by own vehicle

• Curiosity to explore different areas within a global Travel & Tourism business
• Growth Mindset
• Hunger to learn
• Adaptable and flexible in an ever-changing industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Business English
• Tech Savvy - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite beneficial (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Relevant tertiary degree is advantageous but not always a pre-requisite
• Flexibility regards to working between the hours of 07:00 - 22:00 (this is dependent on departmental rotations and time zone collaborations)

• Committed to a 12-month, 40 hour-week contract starting on 03. March 2025
