We’re on the lookout for a 🌟 Virtual Travel Services Specialist 🌟 to join our globally recognised concierge team. In this role you’ll be at the heart of creating unforgettable travel experiences for our members. Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure every interaction leaves our members delighted.
You will be the first point of contact for one of our most valued clients across the MENA, Europe, US, and Asia regions. In this role, you'll assist their customers with ground transportation and travel arrangements, delivering personalised solutions that exceed expectations. You’ll manage a high volume of calls and emails, engaging directly with members to understand their needs and guide them seamlessly through the reservation process.
