Terran Orbital is seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic (Electrician)  to join our growing team. Reporting to the   Facilities Director  the Maintenance Mechanic (Electrician) will maintain and oversee the company's buildings, systems, and equipment to ensure the workspace and operations are safe, highly functional, and efficient.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in the coordination of renovations and updates
• Inspect facilities and meet all safety regulations
• Develop the scope of both self-performing expectations and managing the execution of service contracts with service providers
• Constantly observe surroundings and identify the aspects of the company's facilities that need attention
• Listen to the needs of a building's occupants and report requests and suggestions to the supervisor

Qualifications and Skills

• Assist in the coordination of renovations and updates
• Inspect facilities and meet all safety regulations
• Develop the scope of both self-performing expectations and managing the execution of service contracts with service providers
• Technical degree and/or certifications
• Mechanical skills and strong knowledge of electrical/mechanical building systems for operational performance
• Proficiency with facilities management tools (i.e., CMMS or equivalent). 
• Constantly observe surroundings and identify the aspects of the company's facilities that need attention
• Listen to the needs of a building's occupants and report requests and suggestions to the supervisor

Salary Range $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Your actual level and base salary will be determined case-by-case and may vary based on the job-related qualification, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Physical Demands

An employee must meet the physical demands described to perform the essential functions of this job successfully. In performing the duties of this job, the employee is routinely required to sit or stand for long durations of time, in addition to bending, reaching, and walking. This would require the ability to lift or move objects up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift or move objects up to 25 pounds. This position is generally sedentary, with substantial computer usage.

Work Environment

The job operates in a professional office environment but in a manufacturing company. This job routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and scanners.
