As part of Tesla’s Global Security Operations Center team, this contributing role is responsible for assessing, troubleshooting, and triaging inbound emergency and routine callsfor security support. The ideal candidate has a bias for action, is trustworthy, and consistently demonstrates excellence.Reporting to a higher level manager, this position has a diverse set of responsibilities hybridizing that of a security operator, business intelligence and threat analyst, and customer service representative.They will regularly communicate with stakeholders and must be comfortable making independent judgements when time is of the essence.
