Our offices in New York are comprised of over 100 professionals, working in a highly collaborative environment, specializing in K-12 facilities and international projects. We provide integrated design services for a wide variety of public buildings, but focusing on K-12 educational facilities and work in the federal sector, primarily abroad. Our overall team of professionals provides innovative architectural design, building systems engineering, interior design, site design, civil design and 3-D Imaging services to clients regionally and globally. Designers engage proven yet innovative building methods and technologies that provide real-world solutions resulting in more efficient and sustainable projects.Your Role• Assist with development and production of proposals / interviews / marketing materials• Develop presentation boards, newsletters, ads (electronic or printed)• Edit and catalogue images• Organize, schedule, and maintain historical files of all marketing, graphics, and photography projects• Perform marketing administrative functions as necessary including project tracking, data entry, running reports, printing badges, mailing lists, obtaining estimates, billing and tracking various expenses• File project documentsQualifications• Currently enrolled in a college or university• Demonstrated Experience with Adobe InDesign & Photoshop• Demonstrated Experience with Microsoft Office – specifically Word and PowerPoint• Graphic design experience, and general understanding of publishing methods and requirements• Must be creative, innovative, and enjoy working independently as well as a contributing part of a team• Must be able to work efficiently under competing deadlines and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentAbout Tetra TechTetra Tech combines the resources of a global, multibillion-dollar company with local, client-focused delivery in more than 550 locations around the world.
