Job Summary:
The Project Controls Analyst will play a critical role in supporting project scheduling, budgeting, cost analysis, and reporting to ensure the successful delivery of client projects. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, an analytical mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain project schedules using tools such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
Monitor project timelines and identify critical path activities, providing recommendations to address schedule risks.
Track and analyze project budgets, expenditures, and forecasts to ensure alignment with financial goals.
Prepare and deliver cost reports, variance analyses, and dashboards to support project decision-making.
Support the client’s monthly forecasting process and participate in project review meetings.
Review and process project invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract terms.
Perform business analysis of project data to develop reports and trackers that address client needs.
Monitor material needs and track procurement activities to ensure timely project delivery.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to align on project objectives and deliverables.
Ensure all project documentation is accurate, complete, and stored in compliance with client standards.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in project controls, scheduling, or cost management.
Proficiency with project management tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar software.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel; familiarity with reporting tools like Power BI is a plus.
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with SAP is preferred.
