Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Associate with expertise in bidding, email marketing, and lead generation. The ideal candidate will identify opportunities, nurture client relationships, and close deals to drive business growth. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for success in this role.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients and markets to drive growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, adjusting strategies as necessary.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
