Responsibilities

Conduct talent sourcing through various channels to identify potential candidates who speak Czech.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates to clients.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
Utilize recruitment software and tools to track candidate progress and job postings.
Facilitate interviews between clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for both parties.
Provide feedback to candidates on their application status and interview performance.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and job market conditions to effectively advise candidates and clients.

Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with candidates and clients.
Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively in a remote setting.
Strong understanding of the job market and recruitment trends in Europe.
A proactive, motivated attitude with a strong desire to help candidates succeed.
