Responsibilities

  • Source and identify potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates’ skills to ensure they meet the requirements for specific positions.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and company culture.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
  • Assist candidates in optimizing their resumes and preparing for interviews by offering guidance and support.
  • Provide regular updates and feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process to keep them engaged and informed.
  • Analyze market trends and provide insights to clients regarding talent acquisition strategies.
  • Fluency in Dutch, both written and spoken, is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and clients.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks in a remote work environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.
