Responsibilities

Source and attract candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and personal networks.
Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for positions.
Build and maintain relationships with both candidates and clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Create and manage job listings in both Dutch and English to reach a wide audience.
Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring requirements and cultural needs.
Provide guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience.
Track and report on recruitment metrics to enhance processes and outcomes.

Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and rapport quickly.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while meeting deadlines.
A self-starter attitude with a passion for helping individuals find their ideal job opportunities.
