In this role, you will tap into your extensive network and knowledge of the job market to source, screen, and place candidates in various roles that match their skills and aspirations. You will be responsible for fostering relationships with both clients and candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process. Responsibilities

  • Source and engage potential candidates for various roles in consumer services.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to placement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide expert guidance to candidates on job opportunities abroad and assist them in securing positions.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Stay updated with market trends and job market conditions to provide valuable insights to the team.
  • Fluency in Spanish and proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and clients.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
