Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to Italian-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, manage order processes, and resolve various service-related issues.
  • Address customer complaints professionally, ensuring a positive resolution and experience.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and follow up on outstanding issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer problems as needed.
  • Stay informed about the company’s products, promotions, and industry trends to provide accurate information.
  • Meet individual and team performance metrics pertaining to customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle conflicts effectively.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is advantageous.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural experience.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
