Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service to Italian-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
Assist customers with product inquiries, manage order processes, and resolve various service-related issues.
Address customer complaints professionally, ensuring a positive resolution and experience.
Document customer interactions accurately and follow up on outstanding issues in a timely manner.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer problems as needed.
Stay informed about the company’s products, promotions, and industry trends to provide accurate information.
Meet individual and team performance metrics pertaining to customer satisfaction and service efficiency.

Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
Strong communication skills with a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle conflicts effectively.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is advantageous.
Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural experience.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
