Responsibilities

Assist Italian-speaking customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat, addressing their car rental inquiries and requests.
Guide customers through the booking process, including modifications and vehicle returns, ensuring clarity and satisfaction.
Effectively resolve customer concerns and issues to uphold high levels of satisfaction.
Collect feedback from customers to provide insights for continuous service improvement.
Collaborate closely with the operations team to effectively manage and resolve any logistical challenges.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of rental policies, vehicle options, and available services to offer accurate information.
Foster a warm and welcoming atmosphere in all customer interactions to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.

Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
Previous experience in customer service or the car rental sector is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with and engage customers effectively.
Strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer questions.
Ability to simplify complex information and relay it clearly to customers.
Familiarity with customer relationship management systems is advantageous.
