The House of Mercier is thrilled to announce an opening for a Nordic Speaking Customer Support Representative specializing in mobile app services, based in Greece. In this dynamic role, you will assist users by providing top-tier support and resolving inquiries related to our innovative mobile applications. Your fluency in a Nordic language will enable you to engage effectively with customers, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable experience while using our services.


Responsibilities

  • Provide assistance to customers in Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) through phone, email, and live chat, addressing their mobile app-related inquiries.
  • Help users navigate the app features, manage accounts, and troubleshoot any technical issues.
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide clear guidance to enhance user satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records of inquiries and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with product and technical teams to relay user feedback and suggest improvements.
  • Stay updated on the latest app features and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support.
  • Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall customer experience and engagement.
  • Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer support or technical support, particularly for mobile applications, is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and guide customers through solutions.
  • Familiarity with mobile app functionalities and customer support tools.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
