In this crucial role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and integrity of online communities by moderating user-generated content on various social media platforms. Your fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, or Finnish) is vital for effectively reviewing and managing diverse content to meet community standards. Responsibilities

  • Moderate user-generated content across leading social media platforms to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
  • Review and evaluate posts, comments, and messages in the relevant Nordic language for suitability and relevance.
  • Identify and report violations of community standards, including hate speech, misinformation, and harassment.
  • Engage with users by responding to inquiries regarding moderation practices and policies.
  • Collaborate with the moderation team to share insights and enhance content moderation strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of moderation decisions and assist in tracking content trends.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on best practices and changes in moderation guidelines.
  • Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, or Finnish) with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Prior experience in content moderation, social media management, or a related role preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to critically assess content.
  • Excellent analytical skills and effective decision-making capabilities.
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms and their moderation guidelines.
