Nordic Speaking Content Moderator - Remote in Greece

Responsibilities

Moderate user-generated content across leading social media platforms to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
Review and evaluate posts, comments, and messages in the relevant Nordic language for suitability and relevance.
Identify and report violations of community standards, including hate speech, misinformation, and harassment.
Engage with users by responding to inquiries regarding moderation practices and policies.
Collaborate with the moderation team to share insights and enhance content moderation strategies.
Maintain accurate records of moderation decisions and assist in tracking content trends.
Participate in training sessions to stay updated on best practices and changes in moderation guidelines.

Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, or Finnish) with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Prior experience in content moderation, social media management, or a related role preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to critically assess content.
Excellent analytical skills and effective decision-making capabilities.
Familiarity with major social media platforms and their moderation guidelines.
Able to work independently in a remote setting and collaboratively with a team.
