Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer support to Norwegian-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Assist customers with inquiries regarding our FinTech products and resolve their concerns promptly and effectively.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to contribute to the enhancement of our services and product offerings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive solutions that ensure high customer satisfaction.
Stay informed about product features and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and retention.
Document customer interactions accurately for quality assurance and compliance purposes.

Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the technology or FinTech industry.
Strong commitment to customer satisfaction with excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate technical information in a clear and accessible manner to customers.
Experience utilizing customer feedback to improve service delivery is advantageous.
Familiarity with CRM systems or customer support software is a plus.
A positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment are essential.
