Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer support to Norwegian-speaking clients through email, phone, and chat.
Assist with inquiries related to products and services, ensuring customers receive accurate and timely information.
Resolve customer issues and complaints with professionalism and efficiency, focusing on customer satisfaction.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues as needed.
Collaborate with internal teams to address more complex customer concerns and relay feedback.
Stay updated on company products, policies, and industry trends to enhance customer interactions.
Meet and exceed key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction and service delivery.

Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
Experience in customer service is preferred, ideally in a remote setting.
