In this key role, you will assist Polish-speaking clients in navigating their accommodation options as they relocate and settle into their new environment. Your mission will be to provide exceptional service, ensuring that each client receives tailored support throughout their housing search. You will leverage your language proficiency and customer service skills to guide clients through every step, from inquiring about listings to finalizing agreements. Responsibilities

  • Offer top-notch customer service to Polish-speaking clients seeking accommodation solutions.
  • Understand and assess client needs to suggest suitable housing options effectively.
  • Coordinate communication between clients and property owners or agents to facilitate viewings and negotiations.
  • Handle inquiries via phone, email, and online chat, ensuring they are resolved promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and transactions within our CRM system.
  • Stay updated on local housing markets, trends, and regulations to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to improve client satisfaction and service quality.
  • Fluent in Polish and proficient in English, both spoken and written.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or accommodation services is preferred.
  • Strong communication and listening skills to effectively assist clients.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote or office environment.
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are essential.
  • Knowledge of the Greek housing market and accommodation regulations is an advantage.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with CRM systems.
