Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer support to Polish-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Assist customers with inquiries related to our FinTech products and ensure their concerns are resolved in a timely manner.
Gather, analyze, and act on customer feedback to improve our services and product offerings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive solutions that ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay informed about product features and industry trends to provide relevant and knowledgeable support.
Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to promote loyalty and retention.
Document customer interactions accurately for quality assurance and compliance purposes.

Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
Experience in a customer service role, preferably within the technology or FinTech sector.
Strong dedication to customer satisfaction with excellent problem-solving skills.
Able to communicate technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
Experience in utilizing customer feedback to enhance service delivery is advantageous.
Familiarity with CRM systems or customer support tools is beneficial.
A positive attitude, teamwork, and adaptability to a remote work environment are essential.
