The House of Mercier is excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a Polish Speaking Customer Service Representative for an Online Travel Agency, with the option to work remotely from Greece. In this crucial role, you will provide outstanding support to our Polish-speaking clients, assisting them with their travel inquiries, bookings, and any issues related to their travel plans. Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing their inquiries and concerns related to travel bookings.
  • Assist customers with reservation processes, including flights, accommodations, and car rentals, while managing any necessary changes or cancellations.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring a positive outcome for every customer.
  • Document all customer interactions thoroughly in our systems to maintain complete and accurate records.
  • Work collaboratively with travel partners and internal teams to gather information and provide solutions to customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with travel regulations, policies, and promotions to deliver accurate information to clients.
  • Achieve and exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
  • Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or hospitality sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle customer inquiries effectively.
  • Familiarity with online booking platforms and customer service software is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized, with good time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
