Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality customer support to Polish-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
Assist customers with inquiries related to our FinTech products and solutions.
Gather, analyze, and report on customer feedback to help improve service quality.
Coordinate with other teams to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
Stay knowledgeable about our product offerings and industry trends to provide accurate assistance.
Create a positive customer experience that fosters loyalty and long-term relationships.
Document customer interactions to maintain a high standard of service quality.

Fluency in Polish and English, with strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the FinTech industry, is a plus.
Customer-focused approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Ability to clearly explain complex financial technology concepts to clients.
Experience in utilizing customer feedback for service improvements.
Familiarity with CRM systems and online support tools.
Must have a reliable internet connection and a suitable remote workspace in Greece.
